Refund policy

Turn around time is listed at the top of my website home page and/or in the individual listing. I ship USPS first class for packages less than 16oz and priority mail for packages more than 16oz. Shipping time can take 2-7 business days to get to you once shipped depending on package type and destination. I ship from Georgia so packages shipped to the west coast versus the east coast will have a longer shipping time. 

Due to the custom nature of each order I am not able to offer returns or refunds unless it is due to error on my part.
